Mys Fermente is a fermentation Produced Chymosin (FPC) product and derived from a selected dairy yeast, Kluyveromyces lactis. Mys Fermente performs a function similar to calf rennet during cheese production process and maturation time. The product is pure chymosin and free from any kind of coagulant. It is an ideal replacer of calf rennet among milk coagulants and very suitable for all kinds of cheeses.
